The City of Portland Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider a request for a Special Land Use Permit for the property at 1323 E. Bridge St. (34-300-110-000-045-00), to rent the property as a single-family residence with a cell phone repair business to operate in the front room of the house.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments at City Hall until 4:00 P.M. on January 10, 2018. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of January 10, 2018.
