The City of Portland Planning Commission will hold a
Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259
Kent Street, Portland, Michigan
to consider a request for a Special Land Use Permit for the property at 135
Water St. (34-300-250-000-490-00), which is located within a flood plain, to build
a parking lot for the development of a proposed brewery.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be
heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments at City Hall until 4:00 P.M.
on March 22,
2017. Individuals with disabilities requiring
auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for
accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at
517-647-3211. A request for
accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date
of March 22, 2017.
