The City of Portland Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on August 11, 2021 in the Council Room at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider a proposed revision of Division 8, O-R Office/Research Form-Based District, Section 42-280 of the Code of Ordinances for the property located at Cutler Rd. and Grand River Ave.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 pm August 11, 2021. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of August 11, 2021.
