The City of Portland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan, to consider a variance request as it relates to parking requirements for off-street parking in the front yard [Section 42-408 (a) (1)] and access requirements for setbacks from property lines [Section 42-410(g)] for the proposed development at 1433 E. Grand River Ave. (34-300-091-000-125-00).
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 P.M. on March 9, 2020. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of March 9, 2020.
