On Monday, March 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Portland City Hall located at 259 Kent St, Portland, MI 48875, the City of Portland Council will be discussing as part of the regular meeting, the submittal to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources a proposed Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund grant application for William Toan Park Improvements located at the SE corner of E. Grand River Avenue and S. Water Street. This potential project was outlined in the Portland Area Five-Year Park & Recreation Plan.
Interested persons may attend this regularly scheduled City Council meeting to provide input. Written comments may be addressed to S. Tutt Gorman, City Manager, address as noted above.
